Our code of conduct sets out the behaviours that we expect from our employees and everyone we work with from partners to agents and suppliers. The code also demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that Marigan does not resort to illegal, unethical or unsafe means to achieve its goals or compromise its commitments to protecting people and the environment in the business activities.

Assuring asset integrity is critical to our business. We design and build which are safe, reliable and meet on exceed their specified design purpose.

We ask all our employees, partners and sub-contractors to acknowledge the code and provide training on it.
